What is it like to be the "other woman?"

Okay, so I messed up. I read "Something Blue" first, not realizing it is the follow-up to "Something Borrowed." It's funny though--I don't regret reading these backwards. I didn't hate Darcy as much as I probably would have and knowing a bit of their history already and Darcy's point of view really helped me to understand Rachel.
Rachel is the goody two-shoes, the dowdy best friend of the stunning Darcy, and is unwittingly in love with Darcy's fiance, Dex. You travel with Rachel and her complex emotions.
Emily Giffin is a very talented writer, there is no doubt about that. I highly recommend this book; however, make sure you have both! And I may even suggest reading "Something Blue" first like I did.
