All rights reserved.| Movie Description Up until now, the terrifying Maneater Series has done everything from the big and scary (GRIZZLY RAGE, CROC) to the small and creepy (IN THE SPIDER'S WEB, THE HIVE). But now, for the first time in the franchise, a new kind of creature will kill, a beast that attacks the mind rather than the body and would be more aptly measured in fluid ounces than feet. Those who guessed a maliciously hallucinogenic, hyper-intelligent semi-solid would be right. No one listened when they were told the grounds on which a new conference center was to be built was toxic. Now, thanks to the mysterious goo under the premises, people are seeing things they never wanted to see, and doing things they never thought they'd do. It knows their fears, and it wants anarchy. Kevin Sorbo (HERCULES) stars in the eerie horror thriller.

Top Reviews Review created: 09/09/08 by: 5 of 5 people found this review helpful. Completely absurd. Acting is terrible. The black goo wasn't very menacing. No explanation of where it came from. If it was intelligent, how come it couldn't sense that no one was intentionally trying to harm it? Hallucinations? Terrible concept! Completely lacking in tension, and interest. One of the worst I've ever seen. Thank goodness I caught it on TV and didn't pay to see this garbage. Kevin Sorbo should be ashamed of himself. I know a person needs to work to live, but he should have passed on this turkey and gotten a part time job pumping gas instead. It is a testament to today's state of film making, that proves that anyone anywhere can make a movie and have it released. Shame! Review ID: 10000000008653264 Was this review helpful?
