
A low-carb dieting sugar addicts delight!
Very good book, it had great recipes, that I tested and enjoyed. The recipes are excellently photographed and well laid out with recipe alterations and substitutions for using real sugar, or sacharine. I tried some of them with Splenda, using the same ration as real sugar, and it worked great too! I have some of Suzanne Somer's Somersweet, but I find that I enjoy Splenda a little better. Depends on the recipe. Creamy dairy laden desserts are fine with Somersweet, but the coffee glace, I liked better with Splenda.
The book is actually smaller than typical cookbooks, and I wish it had more recipes, but it serves my sweet tooth well enough.
