Some People Have Real Problems [ECD] by Sia (CD, Jan-2008, Hear Music Starbucks)

As always, an indescribable mix of creativity, unbridled honesty, silliness, depth, emotions, and of course; vocal talent. If you are one of those people that realize what talent Amy Winehouse possesses, then you will love Sia as well. Rarely is there an artist that can produce albums that are full of amazing songs instead of one or two, with the rest being just fillers.

Having heard many of the songs on this album through Sia's website, and other venues, I knew I had to have it. I thought I would be burned out by now...but no go.

I received my Some People Have Real Problems CD in the mail today. I ripped it open to see all this wonderful child like artwork on mini poster boards and then the very vibrant CD......stuck it into my computer and up pops info on additional content! WOOHOOO!! I love the fact that Sia is Sia. She is human, like us all and is not afraid to be her or show her human side. It is so refreshing.

The tracks on this CD include; Little Black Sandals, Lentil, Day Too Soon, You Have Been Loved, The Girl You Lost To Cocaine, Academia, I Go To Sleep, Playground, Death By Chocolate, Soon We'll Be Found, Electric Bird, Beautiful Calm Driving, Lullaby, with the hidden tracks -Buttons, Cares At The Door, Bring It To Me, and Blame It On The Radio. Obviously full of fun and well worth $15!

Obviously, if you have never heard Sia before, go to "you....tube" and type her in; she has quite the following. There is nothing I can say here that can truly describe her talent or that can truly describe what her music is like..besides being pure bliss. Sia herself calls this CD 'Easy Listening" for a lack of a better term. If you know and love Sia, there is no way you will be disappointed with this cd. Sia is a breath of fresh air...always.
