As always, an indescribable mix of creativity, unbridled honesty, silliness, depth, emotions, and of course; vocal talent. If you are one of those people that realize what talent Amy Winehouse possesses, then you will love Sia as well. Rarely is there an artist that can produce albums that are full of amazing songs instead of one or two, with the rest being just fillers.
Having heard many of the songs on this album through Sia's website, and other venues, I knew I had to have it. I thought I would be burned out by now...but no go.
I received my Some People Have Real Problems CD in the mail today. I ripped it open to see all this wonderful child like artwork on mini poster boards and then the very vibrant CD......stuck it into my computer and up pops info on additional content! WOOHOOO!! I love the fact that Sia is Sia. She is human, like us all and is not afraid to be her or show her human side. It is so refreshing.
The tracks on this CD include; Little Black Sandals, Lentil, Day Too Soon, You Have Been Loved, The Girl You Lost To Cocaine, Academia, I Go To Sleep, Playground, Death By Chocolate, Soon We'll Be Found, Electric Bird, Beautiful Calm Driving, Lullaby, with the hidden tracks -Buttons, Cares At The Door, Bring It To Me, and Blame It On The Radio. Obviously full of fun and well worth $15!
Obviously, if you have never heard Sia before, go to "you....tube" and type her in; she has quite the following. There is nothing I can say here that can truly describe her talent or that can truly describe what her music is like..besides being pure bliss. Sia herself calls this CD 'Easy Listening" for a lack of a better term. If you know and love Sia, there is no way you will be disappointed with this cd. Sia is a breath of fresh air...always.

) I DIDN'T KNOW WHO SIA WAS UNTIL I CAUGHT A CONCERT ON TV AND AT THAT MOMENT WAS HOOKED. SO I DECIDED TO BUY HER CD'S. I TOTALLY ADORE HER SOUND AND THE TWO MOST RECENT CD'S (THIS IS ONE!) ARE FANTABULOUS! SHE HAS DEFINITELY CAST A SPELL OF SOME SORTS ON ME! I LOVE MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF MUSIC AND PERFORMERS, AND IT'S ALWAYS SO MUCH FUN TO STUMBLE ACROSS A NEW DELIGHT THAT TOTALLY TAKES YOU IN! SURELY I WILL BE A FAN FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. THIS C.D. ) I heard Sia for the first time on her TV appearance and have been a fan since. This is a great album and after listening to the whole album I plan on buying all her albums. They have a great sound and her voice just gives me chills when I hear her sing. Such passion and meaning in every note.

The first time, I hated this album, the music just sounded very basic, country rock pop commercial bland kind of stuff... Then I listened to the album a second time, then third time and I fall in love... Behind a so not too original music, Sia 's voice, melody and texture really brings something very special, voodoo like...

What made me buy this CD is that I got a free download from Starbucks for the song "Day Too Soon" and from there I was hooked. Of course, it was after I played the one song for hours & days on end. I immediately tried to find the CD but it hadn't been released, so I looked for other CD's by hers until could get this CD. I have never heard someone with a voice or style like Sia's. It was a combination of her singing and the musicians in her band that caught & held my complete attention. I'm always looking for an artist that worth collecting their music & she exceeded that with one song. Plus after listening to the other two CD's of hers while waiting for the new release I know that I was in for a treat. What I love about this CD it's not the same old producer's sound, there's a lot of heart behind the music & words. I have no dislike about this CD, I couldn't have found her not a "Day Too Soon."

A Talent with Creativity in Abundance!Logg onto youtube input the artist name Sia and prepare to be awed and entertained. Sia certainly knows hot to write a memorable song and put on a standout show. THe album is certainly a testament to its title, it makes you think and relate to her honest songwriting. Stand out tracks include Little Black Sandals, Day Too Soon, The Girl You Lost To Cocaine & the Hidden Track Buttons!

Cover picture and title caught my attention.Sia's voice and style have a sound that you can listen to over and over and not tire of. Her voice reminds me of soft blues. Have never heard of her before but the label and title caught my eye. Am very happy I purchased it. Love the whole cd.
