Some very funny scenes, and good acting.
A few plot developments are dated in this black and white comedy, but still fun. I bought it to give as a gift to a friend who's been impacted by the recent problems.

PLOT: Laura Partridge (brilliant Judy Holiday )as a small stockholder attending a meeting to "vote" her shares and asks too many dumb questions but ARE her questions dumb? or really digging up some CORRUPTION BY SOME TOTALLY MORAL LESS DIRECTORS IN HER COMPANY SHE OWNS STOCK IN~ HOW TO GET "RID OF HER? before she asks too many GOOD questions? why you MAKE UP A JOB TO KEEP HER BUSY IN THE SAME company....ah~ add CEO on the way to a great government JOB (Paul Douglas) unaware of his company is now in their CORRUPT HANDS~ Laura falls for the totally UNAWARE DOUGLAS this adds to the charm of the movie~ ADD to the fun is when LAURA DISCOVERS the corruption and black mails her bosses who ruin her reputation on revenge~ but little Laura who is in charge of
communication with the little share holders who give her the power to take over the company~ witty plot cute little movie~ funny corrupt board of directors including Fred Clark as the most corrupt! even hired his own nephew! LOL Judy Holiday shines including that GREAT whine of a voice~ always imitated as the classic dumb blonde Judy did it THE BEST~ a great little movie I give it a solid 7 out of 10 for funny~
