The seller underestimated the quality of the textbook! He or She put it in only good condition and when I received it in the mail (very quickly!) Technically the book wasn't "brand new, unopened" because it didn't have plastic but I would consider the shape its in brand new. Plus the CD pack that comes with the book was never opened. Great seller and great book for all you fellow Civil Engineers!
