Soap for Emergency Medicine by Michael C. Bond (2004, Paperback)

This is the second book I use daily, this along with the SOAP for family medicine basically hit everything you usually see on a daily basis with general patient care on a small scale. It covers a broad range of medical conditions broke down easily into SOAP format for use. It gives you possible ailments and labs according to the problem, everything stays broke down easy to read and to the point. I definately recomend this book, it goes for between 15 to 20 dollars new.
