So That's What They're For! by Janet Tamaro (2005, Paperback)

This is an excellent book for women who are on the fence, (or on the wrong side of the fence) about whether or not to breastfeed. I recieved the 2nd addition 0f this book and currently purchased this third addition so I could share it with anyone who would read it. I had many difficulties with my first child breastfeeding and quit after six weeks. After reading the book, I know I would have been able to overcome the difficulties and therefore would not have the guilt from denying my first born the best option which she deserved. This book covers any barrier or problem you may experience with breastfeeding. It's a fun and easy read too. I recommend people purchase it as a baby shower gift. I suggest everyone reads it who is expecting and that way even if they choose not to breastfeed, they are making an informed decision. Great Gift!!!
