Postal money order fraud

On June the third 2008 I recieved a photocopy of my postal money order that I sent April to Greg Perugini. I still have not recieved my books. I will pursue it at the bank after I send an email to the seller. I just do not understand why he hasn't sent me the books maybe something is wrong but it has to be at his end, I fulfilled my part of the transaction.
