Short and sweet:

Pros- small and lightweight. Intuitive to use. Takes great pics. Takes great Macros. If you can have ever used a digital camera, you can pick this one up and go. The underwater housing is solid and functional. Double O-ring sealed and has functional through case buttons.

Cons- battery life sucks. you have to buy 2500mAh rechargeables. You wont be able to afford the AA's if you dont. Screen is big, but pic quality is iffy. Almost erased photos I thought were bad. On computer they were great. The screen window in the case not tempered glass. potential scratch issues.


All in all it s agreat camera for one of two people. If your on a budget and want to get a start on underwater photography, then this is for you. And if you want a good dual purpose camera for land and sea, this is also the one for you. IF you want a top shelf product, I suggest you cough up the clams and go buy it. IT aint this one. But if you want to take pretty good underwater photos and excellent land photos, this is the deal. If I were you I would look around places other than here. lets just say that if you were to see a chicken lay a "new" "egg" and then saw a "dot" "com" right after it, you might find a good deal.
