I am very disappointed. I have NOT EVEN RECEIVED MY TAPE YET, but it was on my credit card statement a month ago! I've emailed twice and no one has even had the courtesy to respond. I'm ready to take further steps...this is ridiculous.

I had seen this movie on TV years ago and really enjoyed it.

A Smoky Mountian ChristmasThis is one of those movies you will want to watch every Christmas season. I used to see this movie on TV, but lately they don't show it anymore, so I just had to buy my own copy. My only complaint is that it was only on VHS. I don't think it was ever made into DVD. It is about a singer who gets back to her county roots at a remote cabin. She helps some orphans and in the process she finds love and peace in her heart. I highly recommend this movie if you love Christmas.

) This has got to be one of the greats one of the best Christmas movies ever made. Shame that more people didn't watch it on TV or that it isn't on DVD. The movie not only has heart, likeable songs and the great Dolly Parton it also has seven adorable children. The writing may be a little weak but hey it's of the fantasy mode. Of all the movies about the holiday's this film is in my top ten.

) This is a classic, country tale, very similar to Snow White. I have been watching this movie for years with my family. There is nothing in this movie that I would not want my young children to watch. We enjoy this great holiday movie year after year.

Recieved VHS Tape in Great Condition, was very pleased with the product, have been looking for this tape for a very long time. as it is a collectors series and will continue to be. Thanx again from a Happy Collector of the classic holiday films.

Based on the discription this was suppose to be a DVD and I am ask for a review for VHS. I have not received it yet and if VHS is what is being shipped this is a case of bait and switch.
