Trade Paperback. $17.95 cover price. 414 pages- this book is pretty substantial. If you like to barbecue you will find plenty of great recipes and ideas here. We used to have a smoker and we used this cook book for recipe ideas. There are lots of good ones, and we loved every single one we tried. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys smoky, spicy flavored food!
