Smallville - The Complete Sixth Season (DVD, 2007)

Ever season of Smallville gets better than the previous season, but WOW, season 6 BLEW ME AWAY! I don't want to give away too much info on the storylines here, but this season has it all!

Green Arrow quickly becomes a lovable character, Lex becomes so evil its not even funny, Lana spirals into a darker character, the JLA forms into an amazing force, and the guest appearances are many and memorable (WWE's KANE and BATISTA are very impressive).

This is a MUST HAVE for any fan of Smallville or Superman!

I have seen every episode up to this season and I have to say, hands down this is their best one. Every episode is packed with superman action, and the coolest thing is the League of Justice, with the super heros we already know and the new hero, The Emerald Archer. Definitely worth watching! I give this 15 thumbs up! A+

I love Smalville and all of the characters involved in the making of the series and have followed it from the beginning and it just keeps getting better and better and no matter how many times I watch all of the episodes I can't get enough. Wonderful series and I hope it is around for a long time to come. Tom Welling as Clark keeps growing by leaps and bounds as well as the rest of the cast. The twists and turns of the plot is mesmerizing and has kept this fan glued to the TV screen.

I have loved Superman since my childhood (and I am almost 60 now!), and this show offers a unique look at the influences that shaped the "Man of Steel." It is based on the life of young Clark Kent as he is growing up in Smallville, Kansas. In this season, he is in his early 20's and has developed many contacts at the Daily Planet, where he will eventually work. It's quite true to the comic version, and who wouldn't believe that this guy (Tom Welling) fell out of the sky! He's certainly heavenly.

In this season Clark takes some giant steps toward becoming the superhero he is destined to be. There is even a segment in which he is given a red cape! Great fun to watch over and over, as there are many subtle references to Clark's future work that are easy to miss the first time around. Lex Luthor, his former friend, becomes even more distant and dark in his dealings with Clark.

The music in this collection alone would be worth having. The producers always choose contemporary artists and do a great job of fitting the background music to the scenes. Now I can replay any segment of the show I want...

I also chose this collection because it is the beginning of the Justice League, which features Superman and a host of other fascinating super heroes working together to serve the world. In this season most of the League's characters are together for one episode, and I loved the long shot of them walking away from the Luthor plant, which is in flames behind them.

Can you tell I love my purchase? Great stories, good believeable characters, fine music--and easy on the eyes, too. What more could you ask?

This has just been my most favorite season so far. This season we got to see the beginning of the creation of the end result: The Superman we all know and love.
I have throughly enjoyed watching the "Justice League" in it's infancy and the addition of Green Arrow to at least half of the season was so very cool and I want him back. I would love to see other members of the Justice League show up randomly and just kick a** in general. I loved Chloe being WatchTower and we are seeing Lex becoming more and more the evil darkness he will eventually become. This has just by far been one of the best written seasons so far. Don't get me wrong they were all good (I have watched since the beginning)but I just HAD to have this one in my collection.
Buy it, you will not regret it.

Had to wait a while for this series for come available, but it was worth the wait, The acting just gets better as the cast gets older, fantastice series keep em coming

We have just about all the complete seasons now, they are great to watch. Good clean family enjoyment! We have family night with popcorn, pop and the grandchildren. (one is 3 (Elizabeth) and one is 6 (Catherine), it is so hard to find something good for all of us to watch as a family. They really enjoy the Smallville collections, this was season 6 now we need to get season 3 (three) through season 1 (one) also.

This was a really great season. I enjoyed how the comicbook Kent was finally coming into light and puzzle pieces were fitting together. Love the Green Arrow and the intense storyline between Lex and Lana had me eager to watch the next episode!

There is nothing that I do not like about smallville, I love good ol fashioned family entertainment, there should be more shows out there that are like this full of action adventure and kept clean!!!

Great show. Always fun to watch. Tom Welling is a super actor as well as superman .If there is nothing to watch on TV ; I can always watch Smallville.

This series just keeps getting better and better. I don' know how such unrealistic subject matter can seems so real. I guess it must be the fact that the characters are excellent.I was never a big Superman fan but I love Clark Kent as the teenage son of Kansas farmers!!! I now have all seven seasons.....P.S. I HATE the woman who plays sheriff and Lex Luthor's father Lionel is fun to hate. He actually conspired to get rid of his own parents!

I'm hooked on smallville. I did not think I would like keep putting off watching it saying no it look stupid. Will I was Wrong I got the movie so My mom could watch them mind you she is in her 60s and keep say no I would not like it.....RIGHT now I can't get her away from the TV... and NOW my dad how I never thought in a million years would want to watch is HOOKED.... we are all now big fans of Smallville if you have not watch it check it would it worth it.

This show gets funny at times with certain episodes,
but it's about a superhero... so I that explains why.

I am a big fan of smallville, and with the help of ebay I plan on getting all 8 seasons. "Ebay is great" It really sucks that I didn't know about ebay a whole lot sooner than this.

Alot happened in Season 5 and more superheros show up in Season 6. I was worried, being a comic book fan, that they would just throw them in there for ratings. But I find they did it nicely and adds to the show.

It is the developemnbet of the growing riveraly between Clark Kent and Lex Luther. It also begans he start of the justice league characters. I decided to buy it because it was a great buy. It would have cost a lot more to have bought it at a retail store in town. The set arrived new and sealed.
