Smallville - The Complete Seasons 1-4 (DVD, 2005)

This show is highly recommended for ages 13 on up. Some scenes may not be suitable for younger ages.

This really is a great DVD collection. It is chock-full of special features, deleted scenes, interviews and commentaries with cast and crew. It really is awesome. The only downside to mine is that I got ripped off by an Ebay seller on the 1rst and 2nd Seasons. They were basically knock offs and some of the disks were so scratched up that I couldn't even use them. But, when I got it, I just checked the 3rd and 4th seasons and I thought everything else was good, so I left positive feedback. But, whatever... I'll just wait for the collector's edition to come out to get the rest. If you decide to get this on Ebay, when you get it, make sure to check all the DVDs and make sure they are all ok. Otherwise, it is a great investment.

well first i must state that I wrote a blog about not buying dvd box sets because its a waist of money.. However I still firmly believe what I said but my husband is so overly obsesssed with this show he had to get the set.. anyway this show is awesome and I have to agree there are some things I missed and now can watch at anytime.
The show is awesome, tons of action, romance, funny things too,. overall its 5 stars the cast is awesome and its almost like a minnie movie everyweek(in this case every show on the set)
all i can say is if you are like my husband then go for it you wont be dissapointed

Although I haven't finished watching all 4 seasons yet I have to say that I have been enjoying every minute of it. I purchased this because 90% of the TV I watch is with my wife and sometimes I feeling like watching something when she has work (grade homework as she's a teacher). Picture and sound are great, the only thing missing is more behind the scenes stuff and extra features.

The smallville disc are in good shape we haven't had any trouble. It was a quick delivery. I am very satisfied

i still havn't received it im still waiting i emailed the woman who i bought it from through ebay and she said that it would be here by last monday or tuesday so im not very happy about it its been about a month and a half. I bought the 4 first seasons of smallville for 77 dollars.

Smallville is a great show for any age. Introducing us to a young Clark Kent (played by Tom Welling) and what he goes through before he becomes the Superman everyone knows and loves.
Smallville season 1-4 is all of Clarks high school years. We meet other comic book characters such as Lex Luthor, Lana Lang, Lois Lane, and the young "the Flash". We also see Clark learn to adjust to new super powers such as speed, x-ray vision, heat vision, advanced hearing and we even see some flying!
We also get to see red, green, and black kryptonite and the effects it has on Clark.
You might ask how does Clark fight evil in high school? When Clark fell to earth in a meteoroids shower that hit Smallville, the green meteoroids effected some people by giving them "powers". We see everything from a girl that can talk and control bees to a boy that can split himself into to. While not everyone is evil, there is still a lot of work for Clark to do.
While I am sure it doesn't stick to the comics a hundred percent, it is a great TV show that has values and morals you can learn along the way.
I would suggest to anyone that this is a must see TV show.

Bought this for the kids and found out that i really like it too.Good wholesome fun. No nudity or bad language, the characters and fun and lots of action. If you love superman you will love smallville.
