I needed it for my class and I love the fact that it is hard cover. I would recommend others to buy and purchase items from eBay and other websites taht are owned and ran by eBay.

I like the fact that it was shipped fast. it was the book I was needing. it wasn't the same as the photo though.

HORRIBLE SELLER FALSE ADVERTISING , If you are going to sell a text book PUT THE CORRECT PHOTO not a "not" saying at the bottom of the page saying that you can not return it if it doesn't match the photo that the product was going to be. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talking with the company was good but I had no way of seeing the shipping info and the product arrived on the very last day it was allowed. I needed this for a class I am taking.

Check when ordering if this books comes with CD or not for video cases. Mine did not. I purchased this book for college classes.

I love everything about this book!!! The book is in good sahpe almost new I like this book. The book came in a great amount of time for me to use in class.

if you are using this book for a class the questions for each chapter as well as the case studies are not the same or in the incorrect order. So if you are assigned questions by your prof you most likely will end up doing the wrong ones.

I bought this book for an MBA class, it is not very impressive, we have actually decided not to use the book.

The INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EDITION is SOOOO MUCH CHEAPER than the original edition and the CONTENT IS THE SAME!! You will save a whole wad of cash with this edition!! The difference is the cover picture is different and the original edition is a heavy, hard bound book!

I item that was shown on ebay was not the item I recieved. I purchase this item for a class. I am a victim of the old bait and switch advertisement. I matched the ISBN numbers in order to get the correct volume and was sent something totally different. Because the exercises in the book are not the same, I failed the first assignment out of three assignment for the class. Because of the old bait and switch, it may cause me to fail the class.The item I order was Small Business Management: Launching and Growing Entrepreneurial Ventures. I recieved Managing Small Business a totally different book than was advertisement.

The book came in great time. It's the same information as the book everyone has in hard cover. However, the book cover doesn't match--the one sent is actually the international edition--so some of the chapter titles are titled differently as well as the questions at the end of the chapters are numbered differently. It is half the price of a hardcover book, so it was well worth it. Thanks!

The price is great and the paperback text was just like everyone else in class. The only physical difference is the cover and some assignments are labeled a smaller or larger number than your classmates. No problem, just ask the instructor to verify/ or read the assignment he/she wants completed.
