Description
The third edition of the innovative platformer series from Sucker Punch and SCE America. This time around, the cast of playable characters has been expanded even further to include Carmelita, a shaman from Australia who speaks in tongues, Dimitri, and some other characters that have yet to be revealed. Once again, the setup for each mission is with a series of events that need to be done within each large environment. By looking through the binoculars or simply tapping the L3 button, arrows point out the current events available that are color-coded for each of the available characters. If there's a blue arrow, it's for Sly, and Bentley and Murray have green and purple arrows, respectively. And once all of these events have been completed there is the grand heist-type event where the characters need to work together to pull off a grand plan that Bentley will have concocted.

Sly 3: Honor Among Theives is the third installment in Sucker Punch's Sly Cooper Series. When I first played this, I was shocked! Everything from the graphics to the gameplay was way better! I'll start from the beginning...
At the end of Sly 2, Bently was injured and now has to ride in a wheelchair. Murray took his injury personally and quit the band of theives to bring peace to the world. But then Sly meets someone named McSweeney who ran with his father back when he was a theif. McSweeney tells him all about the Cooper Vault, the place where his family hid all their loot for generations! Apparently, only a Cooper can open the Cooper Vault, so Sly and Bently go looking for it. But when they find it, someone named Dr. M (the Monkey) who's been trying to break into the Cooper Vault for Decades! So, long story short, Sly and Bently have to get "an army" of world-class theives to break into the Cooper Vault and collect Sly's heritage, starting with getting back Murray.
Next, gameplay! There's lots of different people to play as, and even lots of different sets of controls for each character (as in, Bently can move around as himself and do stuff, but he also has a remote control helicopter that can bomb and shoot stuff, but only on special missions). There's lots of different stuff to do and interact with, not to mention a multiplayer mode! All in all, the gameplay has improved quite a bit, even if there wasn't much to improve.
Finally, the graphics. There isn't really much to say about the graphics, aside from that it's almost the same as the last game's and that it's cartoon style brings in players young and old. Still, I'm sure long time fans of the series are glad that there's been no change. I mean, what style other than cartoonish could be better for animals with no pants running around stealing from criminals? Oh, I almost forgot, there's levels in 3-D! Awesome!
This game is a vast improvement from the other two games in the series. I'd highly recommend this game to anyone, no matter what other websites say about it. If you'd like you can get other reveiws about this game, hack, some might be better than mine cause they describe the levels they've played and stuff. But you'd be hard pressed to find a better game this Fall (not that it's impossible or anything).
