The claims in most exercise books are typically misleading in the worst case, inconsistent at best. In this case, I find the results have "greatly exceeded" all claims. Strength, stamina, progress, even coordination have improved vastly! Example: I am 52 yrs. old, and have been in a office for the last 14 years, and have become out of shape physically. Could not longer do even one pull-up. (I "use" to be a carpenter / roofer, and an athlete.) I bought this book a friend recommended 10 weeks ago. I had been doing these exercises on my home gym once a week, 30 minutes per session, for only 4 weeks, when during a business trip, a client talked me into climbing a small mountain at a state park. (It did have steps, rails, etc., but also rocks, dirt trails, etc. and was VERY steep.) Like a fool, I chose the "most difficult" climb. My legs burned after 10 minutes into a 2 hour climb, but when I stopped, they recovered in 2 minutes. Next time it took 20+ minutes, and again, forced to stop, they fully recovered in a minute! They felt great too. Before long, I was literally passing up everyone, young and old alike. I ended up high up on this moutainside, alone. AND LOVING IT!!! I have noticed many things since I began this process, but this was the most dramatic. My muscle capacity and quick recovery can only be explained by the details in the book that tells "how this works"...
I absolutely recommend this for anyone over 30 years of age!
