I had heard that this was a good author and I decided to look on ebay and see if I could get a good buy. I did and so I bought it and have let other people read it that come my beauty shop.

) I love a good book that you start reading and can't put down. My favorite author is James Patterson, but Lisa Unger is exactly this type of author too. I would recommend that you read BEAUTIFUL LIES by Lisa Unger first, because SLIVER OF TRUTH is the sequel to it.

I read the prequel to this book called Beautiful Lies, and I knew I had to get the second book. I liked the first book more than this one, but this one is still great. Lisa Unger is a very talented writer, and I can't wait to read her next book!

Sliver of Truth by Lisa Unger (2007)
) I enjoyed the book. The characters grow on you. It wasn't super fast paced by kept my interest. Dr. Delaware is a re-occuring character, is charming and has a girlfriend who makes musical instruments. Sturgis is a cop who acts tough but is probably a teddy bear.
