Great nutritional information, advice, and recipes. Some are a bit unusual, but trying new foods is exciting. Vegans should love, love, love this book. I, however, do eat some form of animal protein (meat,fish,eggs) daily so I simply add this in. For those of you who don't know who Gilliam McKeith is, she also has a television show on BBC called "You Are What You Eat". Great show, certainly openend my eyes...I wish she would extend her program to the U.S.
Kudos to Gilliam McKeith. She is awesome!!
