This CD is essential for any Placebo fan. The songs English Summer Rain, Special Needs, and This Picture are very good and the whole CD has a nice flow to it. Brian's voice is distinct and unique and any Britpop fan will love this CD.

) What do I have to say? I like this band, I might not know what the songs are completely about but I do have to say that I enjoy listening to song after song of pure bliss. Definetly check this out for yourself.

New music got you down, you missed these guys!
) As a 35 year old who loved his new wave/ punk music from his youth, I have been at a loss. I am so disappointed every week when the new cd's are released. Hardly any bands seem to speak of politics or the world around us anymore. Music was art to me and the art has been bad of late for my generation. Then I discovered Placebo. This band of three has the talented artistic ability I have been missing. They have great range, song writing prowess and swagger. The compilation is at a great price to get you started with a very underrated group. As an old school guy now they have restored my faith in new artists. Thier new album just came out this week and it is just as good. Start here and I hope you enjoy!
