Magic puts a new twist on his collaboration with No Limit Records by utilizing the name and marketability of the Colonel's label while making sure his own (Tru Records) gets to reap the rewards he will surely attain by hooking up with No Limit. The album is frenetically paced (as are all No Limit albums, it seems), and there are enough strong cuts to make SKY'S THE LIMIT worth picking up, especially the conveniently titled "No Limit." The beat is straight butta.
