    This is a frank no nonsense treatise on stopping babying yourself and getting serious about your health and appearance. I think it was a masterpiece theraputic due to both the attitude and the information.

    Ford Model Rory and former model, Kim who holds a Masters of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition pair up for a wild ride on dieting.
    You cannot keep shoveling the same crap into your mouth every day and expect to lose weight.....but here is the book that will set your head aspin...
    Learn in a no nonsense way about the different foods that will kill you, and read how we are duped into thinking we are protected by FDA regs...NOT..
    It is the shock factor that will visually catch your attention and force you to learn what other Diet Books struggle to get you to maintain...
    Take it from a life-long dieter this book will grab you and help you where other books fail...millersequine
