I saw mixed reviews on this book, and decided what do I have to lose on reading it. I read Skinny Bitch in a day, and I was in complete stitches the entire time. Very tongue in cheek, if you are offended by profanity, don't even pick up the book. The writers have a funny approach to eating healthy and are animal rights activists. I loved the book, and yes I would recommend it to anyone open minded. Thumbs up!
