Love the work-out. Easy to follow. Very inspirational. Found it very positive and enjoyable. At least as enjoyable as a work-out can be :0). I like all the Skinny Bitch product. You may want try out the workout first to get the hang of it before you throw yourself full swing into it.

) Terrible exercise dvd. Not a challenging workout for anyone who has exercised before. Unless you are motivated by hearing the word "bitch" over and over, the two instructors(if you can call them that) are not the least bit motivating nor do they seem to have any knowledge when it comes to exercising! This was a complete waste of money as far as I'm concerned!

This is a very good dvd with cool workouts. I go to a bootcamp class at my gym and this workout dvd adds a new flavor of "bootcamp" to my workouts.
