In This Skin by Jessica (Pop) Simpson (CD, Jun-2004, MSI Music import)

Jessica Simpson's Third album "IN THIS SKIN" has been re-released to my dismay at the time as id already bought the first version. Jessica is known for her stunning voice for singing ballads especially. You may remember her hit song "I Wanna Love You Forever" from her first album.

The new album has some incredible producers and song writers such as Grammy Award winning writer Diane Warren. on the sunsual ballad "Sweetest Sin" the first single. Another highlight on the 11 track CD is "Forbidden Fruit" a totally Techno Pop track, "With You" another Upbeat catchy tune.

The whole album is an enjoyable experience apart from "Angels" which was recorded for this new version. it is a terrible song to cover, and does not suit her at all. she screams the song way to much and really does go over the top.

However this is not the only COVER she has added to the re-release.. "Take my Breath Away" was the other.. However this is MUCH BETTER and is very pleasant to listen to. i love it. The song has a fresh make over or the 21st century with very breathy vocals this song is just A Class!.

as you can see the album trails off towards the end... most albums do.. although the songs i dont remember arnt bad. its just they arnt memorable when i wrote the review. I recommend people listening to it. And Jessica's Fans should all buy it.
