) As a 80's deadhead this is my favorite of all. It brings back great memories of all the local tribute bands my friend and I followed and all the Dead Concerts. The best thing is my 19 year old son loves this CD too and we get to enjoy a blast from my past together

WHo doesn't like the Dead? GREAT CD. I bought it because all of my other copies have been stolen. It plays great, has no scratches or skips at all. Some of there best songs areon this LP, and I think that everyone should own a copy of this Cd to have in their collection.

) I like this collection of hits. Not a very large cross-section of the Dead's material, but a nice introduction to the unDead... Nice tracks like Uncle John, Truckin' and Casey Jones that are familiar, as well as other less-known material. I recommend this as an intro for the non-Dead. Uncurable Deadheads will find this too cursory a collection.

I was never a huge Dead fan until I bought this album. Like many people venturing into a new vein of music, I felt it best to start with the band's Greatest Hits collection. And what a door (or closet) this opened!
