Sitting Around Keeping Score by Spymob (CD, Apr-2004, Ruthless Records)

I'm not a huge fan of pop, but this is decent enough album from a lesser known band. Sitting Around, seems like an album which is very personal to the band with some very odd themes, but the songs work well and I still give some songs the odd listen over a year after purchasing the album!

You may be familiar with them from their song 'Half-steering' from the Neptunes Presents... Clones album from 2003/4. That song is a good indication of what to expect in terms of their sound, which I really like, but as I said, there are some odd subjects used as inspiration for their songs!
