    I bought this machine and it was not as described. I have been waiting a month for eBay to settle it I just want my money back. It doesn't work. I have been a seams tree for 18 years and this said small scratch and was a huge dent in the back which caused the presser foot to stay jammed and the tension dial to not move never will work plus dirty toe nail clippers and sticky pop like stuff was split in the compartment. False stock picture was given ,useless and I recommend not purchasing unless from the manufacture.

    Light, simple to use, and strong. The machine is all the Singer brand promises. A good replacement for my mothers 1929 feather light straight stitch. PS, that one still works too.
