SingStar Pop (game & microphone) (PlayStation 2, 2007)

It's a great game for parties or alone while no one is listening!!! Good range of songs that you dont havevto know before you play...

Very fun to play with a group of people. A group of mom gets together 1 time a month while kids are at school just to have fun for about 2 hours. This has a varity of songs that everybody should know at least 1 or more. A fun was to goof off at home and not make a idiot of yourself. Does not matter if you can sing or not due to adjusting song/mic sound.

This is one of the best singstarts by far--quite a collection. They are fun easy songs, and easy to follow along with--even if you don't really know the words. It's fun for all ages, myself(28), my neice(16), and even my 67 year old mother love this game!! You really can't go wrong.

I love the freestyles mode. Our 7yr old can even play with this so it just becomes fun versus a competion.

Fun for multiple players- easy to do, bought because it would be fun to play as a family at home. As long as you can read the lyrics you can sing along with the pop songs you hear on the radio. It plays the video and give the works and rates how you are doing on words, pitch and length of the note. You can also playback how you sounded with out the artist singing with you to see what you really sound like.

This is fantastic! We play as a family on Famiy Game Night". All the kids (ages 17 to 9) have a blast! And mom & dad too! Definitly will be purchasing more SingStar games!

This is the best sing star game yet! The kids and I all love it and all the songs are awsome. I would recomend this game before any of the other sing star games.

Even my sister and nephew who are shy, love this game! We bought this for my daughter's sleep-over party to keep all the girls entertained all night. They loved it! Unfourtantely, I only know about 4 of the songs ( Bad Day, Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Take On Me, and I Wanna Dance With Somebody) am I telling my age here? Anyway, I would love if they came out with a Country Songs game. My daughter knows most of the songs, but even if you don't know them, the person who actually sings the songs ( Whitney or whoever)voice is heard throughout- so you can learn em all. I am giving this a good instead of an excellent because I don't know most of the songs and the mics won't work with other games ( like Americal Idol which I'd love to try but don't want to buy more mics). But it is really great fun and keeps everyone playing together, even Dad.

I decided to buy this game for a friend of mine for Christmas. Bought it used so it wasn't packaged up nicely but it worked and it's serving it's purpose to provide entertainment so I'm happy.

Received very fast, very happy with it, it was for a gift, Works great very pleased. give them a try.

Friends told me about Singstar and I love to sing. If you like to karaoke you'll love this game. I'm looking forward to getting the other game discs.

fun for a family,great for seeing if everyone can sing. got everyone together for family time. thought it would be fun they love music.

I BOUGHT SING STAR POP FOR MY PLAYSTATION 2. IT WAS NEW IN THE PACKAGE SO I HAVE NO COMPLANTS. I DID PURCHASE THIS ITEM FOR A GREAT PRICE COMPARED TO STORES. THE SHIPPING WAS FAST AND ON TIME WHICH I LOVE AND SHIPPING GREAT.

I bought Singstar for my girlfriend after we'd played "Lips" for the XBox 360 and she loved it. While the cordless mics from Lips allow for more freedom, I think I'd have to say I prefer Singstar. You still get 30 base songs plus medleys that can incorporate any of the songs. I don't know if Lips has that feature or the games that Singstar does. You can play with 2 teams of 1-4 people and compete for points, it's really a lot of fun. I personally cannot stand the sound of my own voice but found the competitive nature of the games, and the ability to lower the volume of the voice, far too much to resist, as has every one of my guy friends who, normally, wouldn't be caught dead singing karaoke. It's really a ton of fun for parties or just having some friends over to goof around. Highly recommended!

I bought this for my granddaughter and she's been enjoying it every day since she received. It has become her favorite thing to do.

Great game. Easy game play, fun for all. Videos play behind the screen while you sing to the song. A lot of fun. The only drawback is that it records your singing with the lyrics of the actual song so its hard to hear yourself in the playback. But otherwise, great game!

I bought this because I could not find this in the stores. My daughter wanted it. The songs are great either to watch or sing. It is simply fun.

This game is great, challenging enough to keep you interested and able to accomodate a group of people for a fun party!
