This is a great game! I really liked the first Sims and when I saw how much more detailed the Sims 2 was I knew I just had to have it. I gave it a good rating only because it is very difficult. That is not a bad thing, but keep in mind that you have to continuely pay attention to many different details than in the first Sims. One thing that is really cool is how you get older as the game progresses. The only problem that I have with it is that I think 24 days from a young adult to elderly is too short. My feelings is that it should be longer. If you were to play quite often you could easily see your character get older and die within a short period of time. What a bummer!! I would recommend this game to anyone that is in for a challange and micro manage. However, you don't have to micro manage everything. Just sitting back and watching what your character does is fun, too!! There are just so many choices from what you are going to make to eat, how you are going to kiss someone, whether you want to call in to work, (speaking of work, you are not having to constantly do that anymore, you get days off), the list goes on. If you add expansions, well, that is a whole different matter and more stuff to add to what you are already doing. Great game!!

Be aware THIS IS NOT AN EXPANSION PACK...it is the full blown version of The Sims 2 with Christmas stuff thrown in with it. I had to uninstall EVERYTHING in order to get this one to work. I lost all my houses and the people I had made. Very annoying. But it was okay I guess because after you have it all set up it gets boring anyway. So...starting over again isn't a half bad idea. And the good news is that you can have Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and all the Christmas stuff, including a light up reindeer for your front yard. This is a must have if you love Christmas like me.

I love the sims games. The only problem i had is my computer is to slow to play it. But i get to play it at my sisters so I love it.

I love that you they sims actually age, but I wish it had where you could maybe drive cars or go rent movies like in real life. All in all it is a great game and I am glad I purchesed it. My son even loves the game. It also relieve's stress. How? Well, create a sim of the person you are angry with and make thier life a nightmare...lol.

I decided to buy The Sims 2 Holiday Edition because EA Games, the maker of the product, stopped selling it in stores. I am very obsessed with the game, so I HAD to have it, and I was willing to pay quite a bit for it. When you buy the game new it costs about $52.00, but I got it through Electrodynamix for 30 dollars cheaper!

The game was shipped in a timely manner, and it works just splendidly!

I LOVE THE SIMS. I did not dislike anything about the sims 2 I loved the game and I play it every chance that i get. If you like the orignal sims you will love this one also.

Be careful when you purchase this game. There are two versions of the holiday edition. One has the sims 2 included and you can't add it like an expansion pack. There is also a version that just says holiday items. A lot of people already had the Sims 2, which had been out for a couple of years prior to the Holiday Edition. I love the game and would love it more if I could get Santa to come for a visit!

sims 2 holiday edition is a great game to play .Fun and can be addicting at times . If you are in to real life game this is one of them ,trying ton keep up with a big family can be very demanding but fun.

I absolutely love this game, it is very fun, and there's a lot of exciting features on it with Christmas add-on content, and fun new costumes and hairstyles. I decided to buy this game because it was the original and the add-on that I wanted, it is a great game.

I love the sims, and this expansion pack just adds to the magic that is the SIMS, I am so happy with my purchase and all the extra features I have :)

the game once you get use to it can be fun but the language must be a foriegn one not able to understand what the characters are saying.

For the price this one offers alot to the kids. If you are looking to buy Sims for the first time I recommend this one especially for the price you can pick it up for now.

The sims 2 HOLIDAY is VERRY ADDICTING! fun fun fun! The only bad thing is sometimes it won't let me click on items I don't know if it's the game or my computer. To resolve the issue I would have to save, then quit the game, and play again.

This game loaded so quickly. It is played so often by all of my 6 kids, so I LOVE it as it keeps them occupied.

the holiday cd was not inb the box there was only 4 cd instead of 5,but game was ok and installed and works fine

Product was in excellent condition. I received it in just a couple of days, alot earlier than I even expected. It's a great game to play and I'm loving it. I got interested in the Sims games when I saw the Sims Pets because I like animals so much. It was close to the holidays and I saw the Holiday Edition at the department store. I searched e-bay and there is was. Sims 2 is exciting and very addicting plus a lot of fun.

great game for the whole family. The kids love it. This game was easy to learn to use. The expansion packs keep the game new and interesting. I would recommend this game for teen age to adult age. This made a wonderful Christmas gift.
