The simpsons are always irreverently funny, but this season took the cake as homer bart maggie lisa and marge pushe the envolope to the outermost edges of acceptability --- Love that simpsons

This is a great DVD set and has had many of my family members to laugh and has all the original episodes and will make any Simpson's fan laugh...Highly recommended for anyone who likes The Simpsons.

I have been watching the Simpsons since I was in elementary school and it is one of the funniest shows of all time! It never gets old and in fact keeps getting funnier! I highly recommend buying these DVD's to enjoy it all the time!

I love The Simpsons!This is by far one of the best TV series ever created. It's been going since I was a toddler, and it still hasn't gotten old. This is where it (sort of) began. The first season is hilarious, and I can't wait to complete my collection!

I bought this item for my brother for Christmas. He wanted this particular DVD, and I knew I could get it on E-bay for a cheap price and a "just-as-well" quality. The item was as it was described by the seller. It worked (and still works) like it was brand new, but it was not a brand new "price." I've bought (and sold) things on E-bay before, so I thought I'd come again! Thank you!

A Great purchase this isFirst of all was a deal on Season 1 of the Simpsons.
I am also a fan of the show and hope to soon own the whole Dvd series.
I bought this because I love to collect varies things on Ebay and this was such a great buy I couldn't pass it up.
Ebay is a wonderful way to shop online not only for me but for others people in my life.
The shipping fee was not bad and it came to my house at a reasonable time.
I would not change a thing on buying things off ebay and I would definatly buy from the same seller or a different one.

It's really a great season. With all the episodes like....That one....and the other one...Well, they were certainly memorable! Homer Simpson is such a dolt!! I just love that donut-eating bovine lummox!! Oh wait...that's Family Guy...This is the one that started it all for adult cartoons!

A must have for anyone who loves the Simpsons. The first episode when they get Santa's Little Helper from the dogtrack is a classic. The first season isn't as good as later years, but it's good for it's time. I own this season, and watch it from time to time to compare with how the series grew, because it's somewhat caveman-ish (characters look kind of funny at times, and I don't know if Homer was played by a different voice, but he sure sounds funny on the first season) compared to what we see of the Simpsons now. But it's still one of the best cartoons, and Simpsons fans should love this first season along with subsequent seasons. It keeps getting better every season.
