where you can make a few different batches and only have 8 of each instead
or 3 receipes of 40 each

it simply perfect !!

I like cookbooks to have pictures of the end product. This is the only reason I gave this book a Good rating instead of excellent. However, this book has everything else you would possibly want in a scone cookbook. The title says it all, "Simply Scones." Everything from what spreads to serve and also how to make tea to go with the scones. Plus the authors give you ideas on how you could adjust the recipes to fit your likes. Even if you're new to baking, the recipes are very simple and turn out delicious.

The book arrived in record time and was of the most high quality standard. Looked like it had never been opened! Allready made a few things out of the book. Thank you

The recipes in this book are good. The only bad feature is that there are no pictures. I love a cookbook with pictures so you can see the finished product. Even though scones aren't "exciting" it would be nice to see them on pretty antique plates, etc. The book is small in size too; but, the recipes seem interesting and not all that difficult.
