If you are interested in learning pilates, this is a great book to check out. It has easy to follow steps, tells you up front what items you will need to have on hand (like a low chair or pillows). It also tells you about Pilates princples (which include: concentration, control, centre, fluidity, precision, and breath). The pages have easy to follow steps, great pictures to help you understand what you need to be doing and some have side notes giving you tips on what not to do. Also the book comes with a 42 minute DVD that has a complete Pilates class on it that is fun to do.
