She defines "muy rico." Ingrid includes a list of ingredients that she uses to lighten up fat and enhance the flavor of foods. The book has about 125 recipes from her Yummy Avocado Sopita to Rum Chica Rum Chicken, Arroz Con Pollo, Caribbean Salmon with Mango-Veggie Salsa and Guava BBQ Sauce to her Wicked Chica Punch. This book has fabuloso color pics!!
