) What would a modern Renaissance Man look like? The Simple Life of Noah Dearborn describes him. Raised in rural American, Noah studied a woodworker as a child and learns all the tools and skills of a master craftsman. Noah is a richly complex man who looks deceptively simply on first view. He lives a 19th century life with no electricity or modern conveniences. A strip shopping mall developer works to steal his land by having him declared inconpetent. Noah fights back in the only way he will -- with integrity and an adherence to honor. Noah fights the battle of his lifetime, and he wins in more ways than are predictable. It a good story that is family friendly for viewers of all ages. I bought it because I liked watching him work and seeing someone good at heart win.

The Simple Life of Noah DearbornI rented this movie and we enjoyed it so much I wanted to OWN it so I could show it to friends and watch it again.
It is a wonderful, feel-good movie that reminds you what life is all about. It was a Hallmark Movie originally and lives up to their excellent family entertainment reputation.
