    This book is most helpful in explaining the entire silk paper making process, which was based on the author's trial and error. She tells you WHY something will work, and WHY something will not work. There are lots of projects in the book which are user-friendly, even for the beginner.
    I purchased this book because I find this to be a fasinating technique and I want to be in the forefront of crafting trends. This has not made it big in the US yet, so I thought it would be nice to create something that most people here have not seen or tried.
    The only thing I wish they covered in the book would be how to dye the silk--everything in the book uses silk that has already been dyed.
    All in all, it's a great book for the money, especially for those who want to do something creative and different.
