THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS POOR RATING IS: I HAVE CONTACTED UBI.COM SEVERAL TIMES FOR A TUTORIAL OR MANUAL ON THIS ITEM. THEY HAVE CHOOSEN TO IGNORE ME.
