Silent Hill Origins (PlayStation Portable, 2007)

I strongly recommend playing this game with the headphones on and the lights off! The graphics are superb and the soundtrack will give you chills. The controls are intuitive enough that most players can figure them out on the go.

well worth adding to your psp line up .. combat is a little weak but the rest of the game is awsome!

This game is alot of fun...play it at night with a head set on before going to bed! Dare Ya! Graphix are unbelievable for being a PSP game and sounds are freaky but awesome! I LOVE THIS GAME!

i like the game silent hill, i bought it because im a fan of horror games, since i bought a psp, i dint want to wait long for these types of games, tats all

Silent Hill: Origins is supposed to be a prequel and more of the same. Since I’ve never played a Silent Hill game, I tried it and it’s an adventure game with some combat. It tries to psych you out with creepy music and flashbacks. It inspired novels and comics and it’s ok. The entry level monsters can beat you if there are 2 of them and they get near you so that’s refreshing. The bosses are actually easier since you can run around them while shooting. A game with an M rating coz you carry a little girl that’s been burned alive and watch the protagonist talking to his dad who’s hanging from the ceiling after a successful suicide attempt.

I played this none stop till I beat it then played/beat it 2 more time's love this game it's great now gotta get it for the PS2

This game for being on the PSP has great graphics, and a great story follows the other main games for the other consoles to the key! Perfect to get a must have in any Silent Hill Fans collection! a must have, get it before they are all gone!!!

it goes along with all the other silent hill games. my husband has all the silent hill games and he enjoys everyone of them. this is the prequel to all the other games.

The game is very dark and creppy. If your a fan of the series then this games is for you. Make sure your using headphones, the sound in this game is great.

i like the game it ,is almost like yhr movie it ,is for older kids ,it is basiced on a horror movie, which i enjoy, as well as my 20 year old, and 22 year old they played it till they got out unharmed, they loved it ,they want me yoo get another one ,so they don't have to share it

the atmosphere of the game seems a bit more eerie and frightening
then the first where the storyline actually fits and connects in some ways
to the original game. Just an overall great game for fans of the original.
there is really notting I dislike about this title other then it being a bit
kind of short never the less as it is for a psp rather then a system that can handle more in term of capacity and length of a game.
I decided to buy this title the fact that I am a fan of silent hill and basically the whole concept of storyline characters enviorment music and soundeffects being beautfully put together is just amazing.

Silent Hill: Origins is a prequel to the original game and follows the adventure of Travis Grady, a truck driver who is mysteriously pulled into the quiet, foggy resort town of Silent Hill after rescuing a girl from a burning house. Unfortunately, he's unable to leave after that because all the roads leading out of town suddenly end with nothing but a steep cliff and fog at the end. On top of that, the town is almost completely deserted, besides hordes of nightmarish creatures. The controls are nice and the gameplay is a nice mix of survival horror and puzzle. This game is a perfect conversion of a console game to a portable system. The game is short, but it is a very enjoyable ride while it lasts and is a must buy for any psp owner.

been wanting this game for a very long time. For psp game has great graphics. I would highly recommend those with psp's to check this game out. This game reminds me of resident evil due to you never know when something is going to pop out at you.

It takes a little getting used to. The button configuarations are a bit different than other games. However, the graffics are good, the story is really good and the villians are really scary. If you've seen the movie, you have to get the game; at least Origins.

I was sceptical at first, but after I took a chance the service and the product were exactly as descibed. The delivery was fast and I will purchase more from them in the future!

My Son loves this game. he has beaten it three times, and is playing it again. he seems to never tire of it. There seems to be allot of different ways you can go in this game and the graphics are outstanding.
