This is a great CD from British band Bloc Party. It has one of their most popular songs, Banquet, on it. It also has lots of other up-beat, poppy songs to keep your head bobbing.

She's Hearing Voices

If Franz Ferdinand and Kenna had a child this would be it. To be honest I expected a bit more after reading reviews about how original and fresh this band was. It's OK but far from mind blowing. 3 Stars.

This album was good but not amazing. There next CD is far better. On Silent Alarm they are still a bit fresh and a lot of the songs sound alike. There is not as much depth as I would like. The CD is still good though.

I love in particular the first song, where "drinking poison" is a couple of words full of energy, and the rithm is so fast...
All the song are great, the beat is like no one ... I hope to see them live on stage a.s.a.p..
In the meantime, I suggest this album for boys and girls who love brit rock and bands like TV O T R and Y Y Y (very similar).
Because good music is an excellent poison!!!

Incredible CD, Love Every Song!
) This Album is one of my favorites,I enjoy every song on it. The Album has songs to get you moving (Ex:Helicopter & Banquet) and songs to relax to (Ex: So here we are & Blue light). This Album also represents Modern ideals (Ex: This Modern Love & The Price of Gas). This is an Excellent Debut album and I can't wait to see more from this great band.

Bloc Party CD is great!I like the band a lot. I bought it on Ebay because I knew I could get it cheaper than if I bought it in the store. The CD was brand new in package, and I haven't had any problems w/ it.
