An important book for anyone on a journey...Review created: 06/15/09

This is a beautiful story. I initially borrowed it from a friend and, as happens with the world's greatest stories, it was just the right time for me to read it. I strongly recommend it to anyone taking a journey of any kind, particularly a Spiritual one.
It can be read as a simple, pleasant story, or you can read into it as a metaphor. In this way, the book seems to hold wisdom for every person who has the opportunity to read it.
Siddhartha is on a journey himself, a spiritual quest.
I now own a copy myself - one of the few books I will read multiple times in my life, and have bought a copy for my brother.
It is a great story for anyone trying to 'find themselves'.

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our siddharthai enjoyed the many cycles of life Siddhartha went through, as well as teachers. it brings about a few quite interesting concepts. i bought the book for a class but i will definitely read it second and third time.
