If you liked Civ 3, you might find this came a bit less fuctional and easy to use... However I did like the fact that it took less time to play. ;) The "advisors" are harder to find and I did feel there was a bit too much going on other that the actual strategy of the game.
However the graphics are far superior to Civ 3, and it is visually quite impressive. I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
