Civ III Gold Edition

I just started playing it but am a little disappointed because I thought I could continue my Civ III games through the gold edition, but this is not the case. It is a completely different game. Gold edition does not accept Civ III cheats either. Has a few more perks but nothing to get excited about.

) I purchased this for a friend, I already have one and enjoy playing it all the time. I have all the Civiilization games but find that Civ. 3 is more fun then Civ. 4. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys playing role games.

WOULD LOVE THE GAME IF IT WOULD PLAY! WHEN I OWNED IT BEFORE IT WAS HOURS AND HOURS OF FUN. I HAVE RE-BOUGHT IT (DIFFERENT VERSION- WITH 3 DISC)WITH ANOTHER SELLER AND IT WORKED SO THIS DISC SET HAS A PROBLEM BUT THE GAME ITSELF IS VERY ENJOYABLE. IT WAS IN A SEALED PACKAGE. I DO NOT THINK IT IS ANYTHING THE SELLER DID WRONG JUST THE GAME IS NOT WORKING.
