Gret old school dance music, not quite disco but close. The CD shows what Paula Abdul was capable of performing. Fantastic re-mixes.

We followed Paula's cue - we shut and we danced
) Paula's Shut Up and Dance is essentially a non-stop remix of Forever Your Girl which took the club scene by storm on release. These tunes are the original dance classics extended with no new material being introduced. That said, Shut Up and Dance is still a must have for any true Paula fan.

I like some of the songs on this CD, and the main reason I bought it is because I like watching American Idol, and I think Paula Abdul is really nice, and I knew that she used to sing, and I just wanted to see what her songs were like. Plus, the CD was cheap.
