
Love this book!
this book is so awesome! I tried it when I first had my baby and I lost a lot of weight!! I thought I was just going to be fat for the rest of my life after baby, So I gave this book a try and lost 10 pounds in the first week! after that I lost 5 every week till I got back to the weight I wanted! I was 185 After I had my first baby and this book helped me lose 50 pounds!!! yess!! I lost 50 pounds!!! Isnt that amazing?? I highly recommend this book. Just A little advice... follow the eating plan as it says on the book, do not weight yourself everyday.. weight yourself everyweek or two, dont quit the eating plan! its worth it!
