The graphics are a slight step up from the previous generations graphics. You can definitely tell that this game is a movie license game - crisp and clear, but no wow factor.
Sound – 6/10
The voice acting in this game is its saving grace - in regards to sound. The music and effects are repetitive, but fit for what the game is trying to do.

Gameplay – 6/10
A movie license game, Shrek is a run straight through, jump, and punch to victory. On the normal setting, this game can be completed in under 5 hours. Easy achievement points for your point seekers.

Replay Value - 6/10
Using gold coins to unlock specialties, such as increased difficulty levels, power ups, etc., the one good thing to do for the play through is to get the commentary that goes along with the game.

Overall - 6/10
As movie license game, this game is a great addition for the casual gamer, the younger gamer, or the achievement seeker (easy 500 points without trying) - Though lacks the depth that is needed by most experienced gamer to be a truly worthwhile experience. The levels are short, story fun, though this does not equal a good time to be had by all.

Wonderful family game. Not only do children of young ages 5 and 6 love the bright colors and easy to follow instructions but the older kids 12 and 13 love it too...Truth is so do I>..

I like the free roam and adventure ,the change in caracters is fun and fresh recommended for the whole family.

overall, good game. graphics are a little blurry, but for a kids game it is solid. the mini games are pretty fun and what i play most, as the story mode itself gets redundant. i wouldn't pay full price for it, but it was well worth the $11 i dropped on it.

well we reanted this game for my daughter and she realy likes it. and one night i was on ebay looking at the games and bid on it and won it. and my daughter asked me today if we i won it and she was jumping up and down. she said she wished it would hurry up and get here.

I got this for my son for his birthday. He got an xbox 360 for christmas and has always been a shrek fan. He really enjoys this game and so far it seems easy enough for him to do, but challenging enough to keep him occupied. He is 7.

I love Shrek the movie and thought buying a video game with Shrek would be great and it is its great for kids and adults who are still kids in the heart. would highly recommend this game

I purchased this for my son to reward him for being on the honor roll all year, I put it away so he wouldn't find it until he brought his report card home and when I gave it to him it didn't work. I bought 3 games from Ebay for him, 2 of them didn't work. I learned my lesson about buying from Ebay. My son was even more disappointed than if I wouldn't of gave him anything. Instead he got excited to be getting Shrek Third and guitar hero and neither one worked.
