This movie by far will be among my favorite movies of all time. The story is done in a unique style with the child telling the story. I like the deep resolution of the characters to accomplish their goals no matter what gets in their way. The Shogun is eaten up with murder and without mercy, Lone Wolf wants vengence at any cost. A great film for any adult to watch. Due to the blood and severing of human limbs this film is not for the weak. A great martial arts movie.

We love this series so much, we purchashed them all.. There are 5 total, and each one better than the next.. But you have to appreciate this genre, retro, flashback from the 70s.. All are subtitled, but w/ a Ebglish translation.. Can ya dig it?

First, I like the psychology behind martial arts. Secondly, I am a serious Wu-tang Clan fan and GZA used the movie for a very influential album. Plus I collect martial arts movies. This was a no brainer especially now that its on dvd. Must have for any fan!!!!!!

Classic Samurai movie!! Lots of action and great story!! I saw this movie years agon on vhs and always wondered if it had been tranfered to dvd. I saw it on Ebay and had to have it. If you like Samurai and Ninja movies then you should see this movie. It spawned a cult following in Japan with comics of the storyline as well as a TV show I believe.

This is my favorite samurai movie of all time! I had heard of the Lone Wolf and cub series, but i didnt now that it had been digitally remastered and edited into this superb film. Not an easy film to find when you live in the middle of nowhere Alabama! Not only did I find it I got an excellent price on it. Won it, and it was in my possession in four days! Love some e-bay!

A "crowd pleaser" of a film that people will like even if they are not into the asian kung-fu/swordplay/genre. The took the best parts of two films and edited into one flick for American's. If you like "Kill Bill" you will dig this.
