I love the Final Act of the SHIELD. There will never be another series like this one.I was very pleased about the shipping. I was told that I would have it in aweek. But it was to my house in 4 days.

I will admit my bias up front: The Shield is my favorite show...ever. Also, Vic Mackey is one of the most compelling characters ever portrayed. Regardless, this season stands on its own. It is a gut-wrenching dénouement of the tragic actions of Season 5. (If you have Season 6, you already know that Shawn Ryan wanted to end the series with an expanded sixth season.)

The only thing I could complain about is that I was hoping for more in the way of extras. I really like what they had, but I wanted more. In previous seasons, they took us into the writers room as they figured out story lines. I wished they could have done that for the final two episodes.

If you already own previous seasons, you won't need my review to sway your decision to purchase the final one. If you've never seen the show, do yourself a favor and get them all...right here on ebay... for a fraction of the retail cost.

The writing, cast, cinematography, and gritty police subject matter of The Shield has kept us entertained for years. Cudos to Shawn Ryan, his production team, his guest contributors, and of course the awesome cast who brought these adventures to the screen. A movie adaptation would be interesting to see.

I have been following this TV series since it started.I like the show a lot however,I was just disappointed on how it ended.The ending could have been better.

This show is very intoxicating! From the first episode in this seven year series, it was extremely addicting to watch. I would recommend this tv show to anyone who is a fan of the explosive kind. I bought this season to complete the whole series. Now I can watch the Shield whenever I want! Enjoy!

I have gotten 3 of the seasons for my daughter and her boyfriend. This is a great show and recommend them to everyone. Enjoyed them, could not stop watching.

The Shield was an amazing series. The gritty crime-riddled streets of Farmington Los Angeles came to life. Michael Chiklis played such a complex character with so many moral flaws. The one thing I missed in seasons six and seven was Kenneth Johnson as Curtis Lemansky- What a loss! The series finale is amazing!!

I love the show, couldn't wait to get it (regular store prices were way too high though so I got it on ebay) - thank God shipping was fast :)
