The Shield - Complete Fifth Season (DVD, 2007, 4-Disc Set)

I am so very dissapointed in the purchase of this Item the seller I purchased this from advertised that the video was available for purchase at the time of advertisement so I purchased it for my daughter who had terminal cancer she loved the Shield i never recieved the DVD so I contacted the seller he said it had a march release date and he advertised that which was not true so the second week of Jan I requested a refund for the Item he said he did not do refund checks so I wrote back and asked him to refund it thru pay pal I never recieved the refund so I have written him several times requesting the satus of my refund he will not respond back I am very upset! could you please assist me in my refund I really don't feel he should continue to sell on eBay I read his write backs and he has alot of very unhappy X-Customers could you please help me recieve my refund I would really appreciate it I would be so thankful I will look forward to hearing from you, It has kept me from continuing purchasing on eBay!
