She Comes First by Ian Kerner (2004, Hardcover)

But are men going to be willing to read this most excellent exploration of womens sexuality? I thought I knew alot about the female orgasm. I've been having them for years! But I wanted to read this, as a straight women, because I read Ian Kerner's other book, "Honestly You're Not That Into Him Either" and loved it so much that I immediately ordered his other two books, this one, and "He Comes Next."

Mr. Kerner knows what he is talking about. He knows what women have known for years.... It's all about oral sex. He explains the unfortuante penis-centric attitude of most men, and kindly but gently clairifies why womens body's need more than the penis to get off. Then he explains, very descriptively, how to do it. I think that some of his techniques may be a little hard to master for a few men, but any man who is willing to try anything out of this book is going to significantly increase the pleasure he is giving to his woman. It would be a huge enhancement to many peoples sex life just to get past the mentality that the penis must have sole responsibility for the female orgasm.

A warning to women though.. He also explains the female orgasm very clearly. There is a whole chapter about faking it, and how to know if she is faking it or not. So any man who is smart enough to read this book will now be smart enough to tell if his woman is faking it or not.

I also highly recommend this for straight women who cannot reach orgasm, or who don't realize that they've been faking orgasms. This book, along with a good vibrator, should help these women learn what they need to know.

I wish that all of my friends weren't already married. This book and its companion "He Comes Next" are the perfect wedding present. It gets the books into the house in a nonthreatening way, and opens the dialogue and education needed for an awesome, fullfilling sex life.

This book was Awesome! The first half, or so, of this book pushes men to think outside of the normal thoughts of what sex is, and should be. For some men, the truth may be hard to except at first, but is so important to a good sex life. The second half talks about techniques. It is very detailed and broke down into segments. I feel this is one of the best books available to positively impact your sex life.
